Our Mission
Collaboration Center Foundation was established in February 2019, to serve and support the lives of families, caregivers and individuals living with Intellectual, Developmental, Physical, and Learning Disabilities (ID/DD/PD/LD) of ALL ages at its 5-acre campus providing the largest disability resource and support network in Nevada; focusing on social inclusion, peer engagement, recreation, treatment and therapy, parent training and education, care coordination, health and wellness, vocational training, and wrap-around support services through the life-span.
Our Vision
To create the largest collaborative disability network and support model statewide and nationally to help every individual and family member in need of disability-related services get connected to the best resources for the greatest outcomes, while creating a safe campus community that meets families where they are and promotes health and wellness, physical and mental health, and strong supportive relationships that benefit all we serve on and off campus.
Our Goals
Currently we are working to build a collaborative community and family-centered campus in Nevada to house providers, agencies, and non-profits serving those with different and unique abilities. Our multidisciplinary partnerships serve individuals, family members, caregivers and peers touched by Intellectual, Developmental, Physical, and Learning Disabilities (ID/DD/PD/LD) over the lifespan. This model allows the Foundation to focus efforts on providing quality case management, care coordination, and comprehensive wrap-around services needed for families and providers within our community. The Center also acts as a community data hub to promote advocacy work and shape policy to improve every life for generations to come.
Fundraising Opportunities
Annual Night en Blanc Gala: On October 5 we will host our 3rd Annual Night En Blanc Gala, our largest fundraiser of the year, at our Collaboration Center Campus. Join us for a night under the stars where we feature a premier food fair event with local chefs serving prominent guests recognizing community advocates and create awareness and funding to benefit our programs and campus expansion.
Other Legacy Opportunities
Collaboration Center Foundation partners with businesses, philanthropists and family foundations to support various campaigns that pave the way for individuals and families to get connected to much needed programs and wraparound support services statewide. Legacy opportunities include, but are not limited to:
Volunteer Opportunities
We’re always looking for volunteers to contribute their time, talent and treasure, to support our events, campus and community programs, annual family resource fairs, and other collaborative activities.
